摘　　要：乡村文化治理是一项涉及自然环境、社会制度、经济体制、人口结构、文化传统、生产生活方式等多个因素的系统性工程,集中表现为治理主体通过制度安排,对乡村文化生活或受文化制约的乡村社会秩序进行规范的过程。文章以安康市“创建国家公共文化服务体系示范区”过程中乡村文化治理实践为研究对象,系统分析乡村文化治理的创新理念、基本模式和实践路径,总结概括出其理论价值和现实意义,为欠发达地区乡村文化建设和乡村文化治理体系建设提供借鉴。The governance of rural culture is a complex and systematic project involving natural environment,social system,economic system,population structure,cultural tradition,production and life style,particularly reflected in the process of regulating the rural cultural life or the rural social order influenced by culture through formal or informal institutional arrangements.Taking the rural cultural governance in Ankang City as the research object,this paper systematically analyzes the innovative ideas,basic models and practice path of rural cultural governance,and summarizes its theoretical value and practical significance,so as to provide experience for the construction of rural culture and rural cultural governance system in underdeveloped regions.
