摘　　要：社会经济的快速发展使我国逐渐进入经济发展新常态阶段,我国经济增长速度、产业结构、增长动力发生明显改变,随之引发就业岗位减少、结构性失业和创新型人才缺乏等现象。同时,在高等教育不断普及化的引导下,高校招生规模逐渐扩大,高校毕业生人数屡创新高,大学生就业市场求职人数也在连年攀升,导致部分毕业生陷入有业难就、无业可就的困境。因此,分析当前经济发展新常态下大学生就业困境并提出相应对策对稳定经济发展和社会和谐来说显得尤为重要。The rapid development of social economy has gradually brought my country into a new normal stage of economic develop-ment.my country's economic growth rate,industrial structure,and growth momentum have undergone significant changes,resulting in a decrease in employment,structural unemployment,and a lack of innovative talents.At the same time,under the guidance of the continuous popularization of higher education,the enrollment scale of colleges and universities has gradually expanded,the number of college graduates has repeatedly hit new highs,and the number of job seekers in the job market for college students has also risen year after year,causing some graduates to find it difficult or unemployed.Dilemma.Therefore,analyzing the employment dilemma of college students under the current new normal of economic development and putting forward corresponding countermeasures is partic-ularly important for stabilizing economic development and social harmony.
