摘　　要：液力变矩器是通过液体传递能量的机构,主要由三个具有一定弯曲角度的叶片工作轮构成(即泵轮、涡轮、导轮)。液力变矩器故障主要有单向离合器损坏、叶片损坏、液力传动油泄露和变质导致的机械故障。因此,在利用其结构特点时,灵活分析、排除故障。本文在介绍液力变矩器的结构、工作基本原理的基础上对4种常见故障表象、故障分析原因和排查管理方法进行了系统阐述,并提出了“五定、一禁”的使用维护方法。The hydraulic torque converter is a mechanism that transmits energy through liquid.It is mainly composed of three blade working wheels with a certain bending Angle(namely pump wheel,turbine and regulating wheel).Hydraulic torque converter faults mainly include unilateral clutch damage,blade damage,hydraulic transmission oil leakage and deterioration caused by mechanical failure.Therefore,in the use of its structural characteristics,flexible analysis,troubleshooting.Based on the introduction of the structure and working principle of the hydraulic torque converter,this paper systematically expounds four kinds of common fault representations,fault analysis reasons and troubleshooting management methods,and puts forward the use and maintenance method of"five fixed and one prohibited".
