摘　　要：出国进修是高校强化人才建设的重要方式。本文以全国58所高校的201名有出国进修经历的教师为案例,通过调查问卷方式分析教师出国效益。研究发现教师在课堂教学、学术科研、国外联系三个方面均取得一定的收获。这些收益促进了教师的职业发展,有利于学校的国际化进程。Faculty training abroad is an important way to strengthen talents construction in colleges and universities.The effectiveness of faculty training abroad is analyzed based on 201 faculty members’ responses questionnaire from58 colleges and universities in China. It is found that faculty training abroad can bring about direct and indirect benefits in classroom teaching,academic research,and international exchange. These improvements promote career development of teachers,and benefit the internationalization of colleges and universities.
