摘 要:铼是广泛应用于现代工业和航天领域的重要稀散金属,对铜冶炼烟灰中铼含量的准确测定是从铜冶炼烟灰中提取铼的重要环节,但因铜冶炼烟灰成分复杂,各元素含量差异大,无相关的铼分析检测技术。试验采用盐酸-硝酸-酒石酸体系溶解样品,选择Re 197.313 nm为分析谱线,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铜冶炼烟灰中铼的分析方法。校准曲线为y=9050.8x+252.88,线性相关系数为0.9999;方法中铼的检出限为0.0082μg/mL,测定下限为0.027μg/mL。按照实验方法测定铜冶炼烟灰中铼含量,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.351%~2.255%,加标回收率为98.17%~101.13%。该方法准确度高,精密度好,可用于铜冶炼烟灰中铼准确测定。Rhenium is an important dissipated metal and it has been widely used in modern industry and aerospace fields.The accurate determination of rhenium content in copper smelting soot is an important step for then extraction of rhenium from copper smelting soot.However,due to the complex composition of copper smelting soot and there is a great difference in the content of various elements,thus there is no related rhenium analysis and detection technology.The sample was dissolved in a aqua regia-hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-tartaric acid system.Re 197.313 nm was selected as the analytical line.The analysis method of rhenium in copper smelting soot by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was established.The calibration curve was y=9050.8x+252.88,and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9999.The detection limit of rhenium in the method was 0.0082μg/mL,and the lower limit of determination is 0.027μg/mL.The proposed method was applied for the determination of rhenium in copper smelting soot.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)was between 0.351%and 2.255%,and the recoveries were between 98.17%and 101.13%.The method has high accuracy and precision,which could be used for accurate determination of rhenium in copper smelting soot.
