摘　　要：对羟基苯甲酸酯是国际上公认的高效广谱性防腐剂,目前广泛应用于食品、化妆品、医药等行业。对羟基苯甲酸酯具有优良的抑菌特性,作为饲料防霉剂具有较好的开发前景。因此,本文就对羟基苯甲酸酯的来源、抑菌机理与效果、在动物体内的吸收与代谢以及目前的应用现状等进行综述,以期为其在饲料工业中的应用与推广提供参考。Parabens are widely used in food,cosmetics,medicine and other industries.Parabens have excellent bacteriostatic properties and have a good development prospect as anti-mildew agents in feed industry.This article concluded the origin of parabens,its antibacterial mechanism and effect,absorption and metabolism in animals,and its application status,in order to provide theoretical basis for its application and popularization in feed industry.
