摘 要:为研究不同精粗饲料比例对压缩型TMR颗粒饲料成型品质的影响,试验设计3个不同水平的精粗饲料比5∶5、4∶6、3∶7,粗饲料选用玉米秸秆和苜蓿干草,两者比例分别为1∶2、1∶1、2∶1,采用双因子多水平试验设计,按照压缩TMR颗粒饲料生产工艺流程生产压缩型TMR颗粒饲料,比较不同水平下,精粗比对压缩型TMR颗粒饲料感官性质、含粉率、粉化率、硬度、容重、密度、长度和直径等物理指标的影响。试验结果表明:随着饲料中精饲料比例的降低,粗饲料比例的增加,压缩型TMR颗粒饲料的感官品质下降,颗粒含粉率和粉化率显著增加(P<0.05),硬度显著降低(P<0.05),容重和密度显著降低(P<0.05),颗粒长度显著增加(P<0.05),对颗粒直径没有显著影响(P>0.05);不同粗饲料组成玉米秸秆与苜蓿干草比对饲料成型品质影响不显著(P>0.05);不同精粗比与粗饲料组成的交互作用对颗粒含容重和密度有显著影响(P<0.05)。The purpose of this paper was to study the effect of different concentrate roughage ratio on the molding quality of compressed TMR pellets.Three different levels of concentrate to roughage ratios(5∶5,4∶6,3∶7)were designed.Corn straw and alfalfa hay were used as roughage,and the ratios were 1∶2,1∶1and 2∶1 respectively.According to the production process of TMR pellet feed,the TMR pellet feed was produced.The effects of different concentrate to roughage ratios on sensory properties,flour content,pulverization rate,hardness,bulk density,density,length and diameter of TMR pellets were compared to evaluate the quality of TMR pellets.The results showed that with the decrease of concentrate proportion and the increase of roughage proportion,the sensory quality of compressed TMR pellet decreased,the powder content and pulverization rate increased significantly(P<0.05),the hardness decreased significantly(P<0.05),the bulk density and density decreased significantly(P<0.05),the particle length increased significantly(P<0.05),but the particle diameter had no significant effect(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in feed quality between corn straw and alfalfa hay ratio(P>0.05);the interaction between different concentrate to forage ratio and the composition of roughage had significant effect on grain bulk density and density(P<0.05).
