摘　　要：随着国内养殖模式及政策法规的转变,动物益生菌类产品在动物肠道保健及环境改良等方面的应用受到越来越多的关注。《饲料添加剂品种目录(2013)》所列35种微生物中,芽孢杆菌类是养殖与饲料中应用最广泛的动物益生菌活菌制剂。芽孢杆菌菌种及菌株选择、使用剂量及投喂方式、动物品种及生理阶段均会影响其益生效果。本文以国内养殖环境下近10年来发表的试验性文章为主要参考依据,就芽孢杆菌在不同养殖动物的菌种选择、应用效果及剂量效应等方面进行了梳理,以期为芽孢杆菌在不同养殖动物中的精确应用提供理论参考。The transit of public policy and breeding pattern has caused an increase in public interest in application of probiotic products in animal intestinal health protection and environment improvement.Of the 35 kinds of microorganisms listing in the catalogue of the feed additives,Bacillus spp.are one of the most widely used probiotic products in animal breeding and feedstuff.The beneficial effects of Bacillus are influenced by strains selection,application dosage,feeding approaches,animal breeds and physiology states.Based on the experimental papers published in domestic journals during the recent ten years,the strains selection,application and dosage effects of Bacillus used in different kinds of animal were reviewed in this paper,which may provide theory references for its effective application.
