摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,我国的信息技术变得越来越成熟,在人们生活、工作和学习中起到的作用也变得越来越大,我国也因此迈入了信息时代。信息技术的越发成熟对企业文件和档案管理带来了很大冲击,传统纸质的人工管理模式已经出现了落后性,电子文件和电子档案已经成为企业管理中必不可少的设施,为此,就要积极探索加强企业电子文件和电子档案管理的措施,以便可以对企业管理水平进行提升,为企业发展创造更好的条件。Since entering the 21st century,China's information technology has become more and more mature,and its role in people's life,work and study has become more and more important.Therefore,China has stepped into the information age.The growing maturity of information technology has brought great impact on the management of enterprise documents and archives,and the traditional paper-based manual management mode has fallen behind,the electronic documents and the electronic archives have already become the essential facility in the enterprise management.Therefore,it is necessary to actively explore the measures to strengthen the enterprise electronic documents and electronic archives management,so as to improve the level of enterprise management and create better conditions for the development of enterprises.
