摘　　要：新时期社会背景下,企业实现创新发展必须依赖企业管理机制的创新,而企业工商管理模式是企业管理机制中的重要部分,对其进行创新思考是企业实现新时期发展的重要途径。新时期下企业面临的市场竞争压力越来越大,实现企业工商管理模式的创新可以促进企业管理水平的提升,提高企业竞争力。论文主要分析新时期下企业工商管理模式存在的问题,并进行相应的创新思考。Under the social background of the new era,enterprises must rely on the innovation of enterprise management mechanism to realize innovation and development.The business administration mode is an important part of the enterprise management mechanism.It is an important way for enterprises to realize the development in the new period to think about it innovatively.In the new era,enterprises are facing more and more pressure of market competition.The innovation of business administration mode can promote the improvement of enterprise management level and enhance the competitiveness of enterprise.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the business administration mode of enterprises in the new era,and carries on the corresponding innovative thinking.
