宁夏南部山区居民心肺复苏知识和技能培训的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宁夏南部山区社区居民进行心肺复苏(CPR)知识和技能培训的效果方法于2019年1月-2019年12月采用调查问卷的方式,对683名(中途退出18人,实际为665人)宁夏南部山区社区居民进行心肺复苏知识的问卷调查,然后进行心肺复苏技能培训,对比培训后6个月、12个月社区居民急救知识与技能问卷评分情况及自我效能评分情况.结果培训后6个月,社区居民的判断意识方式、判断呼吸停止方式、人工呼吸方式,胸外按压方式等知识掌握率显著高于培训后12个月(P<0.05);培训后6个月,社区居民急救知识与技能问卷评分及自我效能评分均高于培训后12个月(P<0.05)。结论对社区居民进行心肺复苏知识和技能培训后,其急救知识与技能得分、临场应变能力均得以提高,自我效能也得以提高;应定期开展培训活动。Objective To explore the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)knowledge and skill training for community residents in southern mountainous area of Ningxia.Methods from January 2019 to December 2019 with the method of questionnaire,683(18 people dropped out,665 actually)in Ningxia southerm mountain community resi-dents of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge questionnaire investigation,and then for cardiopulmonary resuscita-tion skills training,comparison training after June,December community first aid knowledge and skills questionnaire scores and self-efficacy scores.Results 6 months after the training,the community residents'awareness of judgment,judgment of respiratory arrest,artificial respiration,chest compression and other knowledge mastery rate was signifi-cantly higher than 12 months after training(P<0.05);6 months after training,community residents'first aid knowledge and skills questionnaire score and self-efficacy score were higher than 12 months after training(P<0.05).Conclusion After the community residents were trained in CPR knowledge and skills,their first aid knowledge and skills scores,on-the-spot response ability were improved,and self-efficacy was also improved;training activities should be carried out regularly.
