摘  要:为了解决微弱信号放大电路中零点漂移、放大失真等缺陷,设计了一种基于AD620的高精度微弱信号放大器。该放大器是以仪表放大器AD620为核心,辅以电压跟随器和二阶低通滤波电路,来滤除电路中的噪声信号提高放大精度,利用零点漂移电路来调整电路输出零点,保证传感器未动作时,电路输出的放大电压为零。实际测试结果表明,该电压放大器精度高,误差小于0.1%,可用于放大各型号传感器输出的微弱信号以及作为传感器的变送器使用。In order to solve the defects such as zero drift and amplification distortion in the weak signal amplification circuit,a high precision weak signal amplifier based on AD620 was designed,the amplifier was based on instrumentation amplifier AD620 as the core,supplemented by voltage follower and second-order low-pass filter circuit,to filter out the noise of the circuit signal to improve amplification accuracy,zero drift circuit was usd to adjust the circuit output,ensure the sensor not gesture,amplification circuit output voltage is zero.The practical test results show that the voltage amplifier has high precision and the error is less than 0.1%.It can be used to amplify the weak signal output by various types of sensors and as a transmitter of sensors.
