摘  要:采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)混合改性脱脂豆粉(DSF),制备高性能大豆蛋白基胶粘剂,再用于压制三层杨木胶合板,并检测胶合强度。研究结果表明:w(PVA-ECH交联剂)=3%(相对于单体质量而言)时,大豆蛋白基胶粘剂的热稳定性明显提高,溶解率降低了55.56%;胶合强度为0.88 MPa,达到GB/T 9846—2015标准中室内用Ⅱ类胶合板的要求(≥0.7 MPa);在碱性环境下,大豆蛋白的球状结构展开,改性剂与大豆蛋白形成交联,提高了大豆蛋白基胶粘剂的粘接性能与热稳定性。本研究比目前常见的大豆基胶粘剂,减少了化学试剂用量,工艺简单,制备的大豆蛋白基胶粘剂具有高性能、可持续性和绿色性等优点,在无醛生物质木材胶粘剂中具有广阔的应用前景。Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and epichlorohydrin(ECH) were mixed together to modify defatted soybean flour(DSF),and the high performance soybean protein-based adhesive was prepared,which was then used for hot pressing three-layer poplar plywood,and the bonding strength was also tested. The research results showed that when w(PVA-ECH crosslinking agent)=3%(relative to the mass of monomer),the thermal stability of the soybean protein-based adhesive was significantly improved,and the dissolution rate was reduced by 55.56%. The bonding strength was 0.88 MPa,which met the requirements of class II plywood for indoor use in the standard GB/T9846—2015(≥0.7 MPa). In alkaline environment,the spherical structure of soybean protein was unfolded,and the modifier was cross-linked with soybean protein,which improved the bonding performance and thermal stability of soybean protein-based adhesive. Compared with the common soybean based adhesive,this study reduced the amount of chemical reagent,and the process was simple. The prepared soybean protein-based adhesive had the advantage of high performance,sustainability and green,which had broad application prospect in formaldehydefree biomass wood adhesive.
