摘　　要：目的探究青年未治疗轻中度抑郁症患者的灰质体积改变特点。方法纳入23例青年未治疗轻中度抑郁症患者为研究组,38例健康志愿者为对照组。所有被试通过三维磁化快速梯度回波(3D-MPRAGE)序列获得高分辨率脑部图像,运用FreeSurfer软件进行自动化测量并分析2组间灰质体积差异。结果研究组左侧额中回下部及左侧中央后回灰质体积较对照组显著减少(P<0.05),未发现灰质体积显著增加区域。结论青年未治疗轻中度抑郁症患者额顶叶皮层存在特异性的灰质体积改变,灰质体积分析可以为推测抑郁症早期病理基础提供参考信息。Objective To study the characteristic changes of gray matter volume in untreated mild to-moderate depression youths.Methods This research ineluded 23 untreated mild-to-moderate depression youths as study group and 38 healthy volunteers as control.group.All subjects underwent three dimensional magnetization prepared rapid gradient echo(3D MPRAGE)sequences to acquire the high resolution images of brain.which was processed by the FreeSurfer software with a set of automated sequences,and the difference in gray matter volume between the two groups were tested,Results The gray matter volume of the left inferior middle frontal gyrus and posterior central gyrus was a significantly decrease in the study group than the control group(P<0.05),while no reversed alternation was found.Conclusion The untreated mild-to moderate depression youths exhibits abnormal changes of gray matter volume in the frontal and parietal cortex,gray matter volume analysis can provide reference information for predicting the early pathological basis of depression.
