摘 要:目的评估流调用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)在广东省公务员中的信度和效度。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样法,抽取广东省4个地级市716名公务员完成CES-D中文版的测试。采用Mplus 8.0的WLSMV参数估计法对Yen三因素结构(抑郁情绪、积极情绪、躯体症状)进行验证性因素分析,采用Cronbachα系数评价内部一致性信度,计算量表的集合效度试验和区分效度试验的成功率验证集合效度和区分效度,对各因素进行相关性分析评价区分效度。结果Yen三因素结构对数据的拟合效果较好(CFI=0.977,TLI=0.973,RMSEA=0.037),各项目因子载荷在0.396~0.842之间。量表总的Cronbachα系数为0.842,Yen三因素结构中各因素的Cronbachα系数在0.738~0.808之间。Yen三因素结构下量表的集合效度和区分效度试验成功率分别为60.00%和65.00%。各因素之间的相关系数为0.218~0.653(P<0.01),各因素与总分的相关系数为0.675~0.769(P<0.01)。结论CES-D中文版Yen三因素结构在广东省公务员中具有较好的内部一致性信度和结构效度,但集合效度和区分效度略为欠佳。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of CES-D in a sample of civil servants in Guangdong Province.Methods 716 civil servants in four cities of Guangdong Province were selected by multi-stage stratified random sampling and measured with the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(Chinese version).Yen’s three-factor structure of CES-D,which included depressed affect,positive affect and somatic symptoms,was tested using Confirmatory Factor Analysis by Mplus 8.0 with the estimator of WLSMV.Cronbach’sαwas used to evaluate internal consistency reliability.The convergent and discriminant validity were evaluated by using the success rates of experiments.Correlation analysis was used to evaluate the discriminant validity.Results The collected data fit well with Yen’s three-factor structure of CES-D(CFI=0.977,TLI=0.973,RMSEA=0.037).The factor loadings of each item of the scale ranged from 0.396 to 0.842.The overall Cronbach’sαof the scale was 0.842 and the Cronbach’sαof each factor ranged from 0.738 to 0.808.The experiment success rates of convergent and discriminant validity were 60.00%and 65.00%,respectively.The correlation between each factor ranged from 0.218 to 0.653(P<0.01).The correlation between each factor and total score ranged from 0.675 to 0.769(P<0.01).Conclusion Yen’s three-factor structure of CES-D has high internal consistency reliability and good construct validity for civil servants in Guangdong Province,while the convergent validity and discriminant validity are less satisfactory.
