济南市居民2011—2018年肺癌死亡流行趋势及减寿分析

摘　　要：目的了解济南市居民肺癌死亡流行病学特征,为疾病的防制提供科学依据。方法收集2011—2018年济南市居民肺癌死亡资料,应用SPSS 20.0软件,对死亡率、潜在减寿年数、潜在工作损失年数等进行统计分析。结果2011—2018济南市居民肺癌年均死亡率为44.69/10万,标化死亡率为24.23/10万。农村居民肺癌死亡率、截缩死亡率、累积死亡率、减寿率等均高于城市居民。各年龄组男性死亡率、截缩死亡率、累积死亡率、减寿率均高于女性。45岁后肺癌死亡率上升明显,60岁后上升速度开始加快,80~85岁达顶峰。15~44岁人群肺癌标化死亡率呈逐年下降趋势(APC=-6.57%,P=0.041)。结论肺癌是对济南市居民健康和生命威胁最大的恶性肿瘤。应采取可行的措施,降低肺癌发病率及死亡率,提高人群的健康水平。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of lung cancer deaths in Jinan and to provide references for disease prevention and control.Methods The data of lung cancer deaths from 2011 to 2018 in Jinan were collected.SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the mortality,potential years of life lost(PYLL),and work years of potential life lost(WYPLL).Results The crude mortality and the age-standardized mortality of lung cancer from 2011 to 2018 in Jinan were44.69/100000 and 24.23/100000,respectively.The mortality rate,age-specific mortality rate,cumulative mortality rate and potential years of life lost rate(PYLLR)were higher in rural residents and in males than those in urban residents and in females.Lung cancer mortality showed notable rise after 45 years of age,rose faster after 60 years of age,and peaked at 80-85 years of age.Lung cancer mortality in the age group of 15-44 years was declining year by year(APC=-6.57%,P=0.041).Conclusion Lung cancer is the most threatening cancer for the health and life of Jinan residents.It is necessary to take feasible measures to control and prevent lung cancers and reduce the incidence rate and mortality,so as to improve people’s health.
