高强度聚焦超声睫状体成形术治疗晚期青光眼的初步观察

摘　　要：目的评估高强度聚焦超声睫状体成形术的降眼压效果。方法回顾性分析山西省眼科医院2018年1月就诊的各种类型晚期难治性青光眼32例(33眼)行高强度聚焦超声睫状体成形术的临床资料。术后随访1~2年。结果术后眼压不同程度下降者28眼,有效率为84.85%(28/33)。且患者术后均未发生明显并发症。术后1个月大部分患者眼压下降不明显,术后3个月疗效显著。结论初步认为高强度聚焦超声睫状体成形术是一种无创、有效、安全的降眼压方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intraocular pressure reduction of high intensity focused ultrasound ciliary plasty.Methods The clinical data of 33 eyes of 32 cases of all types of advanced refractory glaucoma who received high intensity focused ultrasound ciliary plasty during Jan.2018 in Shanxi Eye Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.The follow-up time was 1-2 years after operation.Results The intraocular pressure decreased in 28 eyes.The effective rate was 84.85%(28/33).There were no obvious complications after operation.The intraocular pressure decline of most patients was not obvious within 1 month after operation,the efficacy was significant at 3 months postoperatively.Conclusion It is considered that high intensity focused ultrasound cycloplasty is a non-invasive,effective and safe method to reduce intraocular pressure.
