集液法对泪道成形术预后评估的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析集液法评估泪道成形术预后的价值。方法回顾性系列病例研究。收集武汉爱尔眼科医院汉口医院2016年10月到2019年6月因鼻泪管狭窄行泪道成形术的263例(290眼)的临床资料进行分析研究。术后随访3个月,统计手术前后集液量及手术后的转归分级。结果本研究Ⅰ~Ⅵ级转归者分别有86眼、47眼、78眼、25眼、15眼及39眼,术前集液量分别为(1.30±0.53)g、(1.68±0.46)g、(2.05±0.40)g、(2.34±0.32)g、(2.18±0.49)g及(0.50±0.66)g,各级间差异有统计学意义(F=45.217,P<0.001);术后集液量与术前集液量有相关性(r=0.613,P<0.001)。结论集液法能够初步评估鼻泪管狭窄的程度,并为评估泪道成形术的预后提供一定的参考价值。Objective To analyse the value of collecting liquid method on evaluating the prognosis in the dacryocystoplasty.Methods This was a retrospective case series study.The clinical data of 290 eyes of 263 cases with stenosis of nasolacrimal duct who underwent dacryocystoplasty from Oct.2016 to Jun.2019 in Wuhan Aier Hankou Eye Hospital were collected.All patients were followed up for 3 months.The volume of liquid collection preoperatively and postoperatively and the grade of postoperative outcome were counted.Results There were 86 eyes,47 eyes,78 eyes,25 eyes,15 eyes and 39 eyes with levelⅠ,levelⅡ,levelⅢ,levelⅣ,levelⅤand levelⅥ,respectively.The preoperative volume of liquid collection was(1.30±0.53)g,(1.68±0.46)g,(2.05±0.40)g,(2.34±0.32)g,(2.18±0.49)g and(0.50±0.66)g,the difference was statistically significant(F=45.217,P<0.001).There was a correlation of the volume of liquid collection preoperatively and postoperatively(r=0.613,P<0.001).Conclusion The method of collecting liquid can be used to evaluate the degree of stenosis of nasolacrimal duct,and provide some reference value for the prognosis of dacryocystoplasty.
