摘 要:随着电子产品的快速更新,需要回收处理的废弃电路板的数量也不断上升。近年来,图像处理和机器视觉技术发展迅速,基于机器视觉的高值元器件自动拆解技术逐渐成为废电路板回收处理领域的热门研究方向。为提高对废电路板芯片识别定位的准确率,提出一种基于图像的识别定位方法。首先获取废电路板的图像,通过对图像的预处理,提取边缘特征,最后绘制出轮廓并拟合,根据目标轮廓的面积和中心对元器件进行识别定位。该方法具有自适应的特点,能满足不同电路板元器件的识别定位,为废电路板上高值元器件的智能拆解打下基础。With the rapid renewal of electronic products,the number of discarded circuit boards that need to be recycled and processed is also increasing.In recent years,with the rapid development of image processing and machine vision technologies,the automatic disassembly technology of high-value components based on machine vision has gradually become a popular research direction in the field of waste circuit board recycling.In order to improve the accuracy of identifying and locating waste circuit board chips,an imagebased identification and location method is proposed.First,the image of the waste circuit board is acquired,the edge features are extracted through the image preprocessing,and finally the outline is drawn and fitted.Thus,the components are identified and located according to the area and center of the target contour.The method has the characteristics of self-adaptation,which can satisfy the identification and location of different circuit board components,and lays the foundation for the intelligent disassembly of high-value components on waste circuit boards.
