摘  要:基于浙江省5所高校的调查发现,本科拔尖创新人才科学家精神培育具有内容不凸显、意识不强烈、效果不明显的三重特点,是个人认知、教学方式、学校导向、家庭期望等因素综合作用的结果。有效提升本科拔尖创新人才科学家精神培育效果,需要深化认知结构、构建多主体共治机制,完善产品结构、构建多元化供给机制,创新形式结构、构建融合式教育机制。It is found based on a survey of 5 Universities in Zhejiang Province that the cultivation of scientist spirit of top-notch innovative undergraduate talents has three characteristics including unobtrusive content,unconscious awareness and insignificant effect,which is the result of a combination of personal recognition,teaching methods,school orientation and family expectations.To effectively improve the cultivation effect of scientist spirit of top-notch innovative undergraduate talents,it is necessary to deepen the cognitive structure and build a multi-agent co-governance mechanism,improve the product structure and build a diversified supply mechanism,as well as innovate the form structure and build an integrated education mechanism.
