摘  要:通过建立侧面碰撞台车试验能力,进行侧面台车试验,对某款车后排SID-IIs假人骨盆合力进行了改进。改进后,SID-IIs假人骨盆合力幅值由4.8 kN降至2.8 kN,远远小于C-NCAP指定的最高性能限值3.5 kN。得出结论,针对后排乘员骨盆伤害的改进,可以通过侧面碰撞台车试验进行;为了保证侧面碰撞乘员骨盆得到良好的保护,在骨盆接触部位的内饰板与其内部的钣金结构之间最好保证40 mm以上的间隔,并填充泡沫块。The side impact sled test was carried out by establishing the testing capability.And the resultant pelvis force in the SID-IIs dummy in the rear seat decreased from 4.8 kN to 2.8 kN,far less than the maximum performance limit of 3.5 kN specified in C-NCAP.It is concluded that the optimization of pelvic injury for the rear-seat occupant can be accomplished in the lateral sled test.To better protect the pelvis of the rear occupant in the side impact,a space of 40 mm or more should be maintained and foam-filled between the inner-door panel and the sheet metal of the door panel near the occupant’s pelvis.
