两种血清群霍乱弧菌对含氯消毒剂的抗性观察

摘　　要：目的观察两种血清群霍乱弧菌对含氯消毒剂的抗性,并与大肠杆菌(8099)比较,为实验室消毒效果评价提供依据。方法选取"金星消毒液"和"84消毒液",参照《消毒技术规范》,分别对不产毒O1群小川型霍乱弧菌(1906,CT-)、产毒O139群霍乱弧菌(1702,CT+)、大肠杆菌(8099)进行中和剂鉴定试验及悬液定量杀灭试验。结果对含氯消毒剂的抗性:大肠杆菌(8099)>产毒O139群霍乱弧菌(1702,CT+)>不产毒O1群小川型霍乱弧菌(1906,CT-);"84消毒液"对不产毒O1群小川型霍乱弧菌(1906,CT-)、产毒O139群霍乱弧菌(1702,CT+)及大肠杆菌(8099)达到消毒效果,所需剂量分别为:有效氯10 mg/L作用5 min或25 mg/L作用1 min、有效氯50 mg/L作用10 min或100 mg/L作用5 min、有效氯200 mg/L或400 mg/L作用10 min;"金星消毒液"对不产毒O1群小川型霍乱弧菌(1906,CT-)需有效氯25 mg/L作用15 min或50 mg/L作用5 min。结论在相同有效氯浓度下,"84消毒液"比"金星消毒液"具有更好的杀菌效果,大肠杆菌对含氯消毒剂的抗性最高。Objective To observe the resistance of their two sero-groups of Vibrio cholerae to chlorine containing disinfectants, and compare with E. coli(8099) for the effectiveness evaluation of laboratory disinfection. Methods According to the technical specification for disinfection, neutralizer identification test and suspension quantitative killing test were carried out with "Jinxing Disinfectant" and "84 disinfectant" for non virulent group O1 Vibrio cholerae(1906, CT-), Vibrio cholerae O139(1702, CT+) and Escherichia coli(8099). Results Resistance to chlorine containing disinfectants: Escherichia coli(8099)>Vibrio cholerae O139(1702, CT+)> non virulent group O1 Vibrio cholerae O1(1906, CT-)."84 disinfectant" can disinfect Vibrio cholerae O1(1906, CT-), Vibrio cholerae O139(1702, CT+) and Escherichia coli(8099), the required action doses were as follows: Effective chlorine 10 mg/L for 5 min or 25 mg/L for 1 min, effective chlorine 50 mg/L for 10 min or 100 mg/L for 5 min, effective chlorine 200 mg/L or 400 mg/L for 10 min. "Jinxing disinfectant" solution needed 25 mg/L effective chlorine for 15 min or 50 mg/L for 5 min for non virulent group O1 V. cholerae O1(1906, CT-). Conclusion "84 disinfectant" shows better germicidal efficacy than "Jinxing disinfectant" at the same effective chlorine concentration. And Escherichia coli is the highest resistance to chlorine containing disinfectants.
