V成形与一字横切法进行内眦赘皮矫正术临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨V成形内眦赘皮矫正联合重睑成形术与一字横切内眦赘皮矫正联合重睑术在眼部整形手术中的临床效果观察分析。方法:2019年5月~2020年5月郑州市中心医院整形美容科对126例求美者分作A组和B组:A组64例行V成形内眦赘皮矫正联合重睑成形术。B组62例行一字横切法内眦赘皮矫正联合重睑成形术。随访观察6个月,通过内眦赘皮矫正术后回缩情况(无回缩 10 分, 轻度回缩5 分,明显回缩1 分)、瘢痕增生情况( 无增生10 分,轻度增生5 分,明显增生1 分) 及瘢痕隐蔽情况(隐藏较好10 分,隐藏不完全5 分)进行评价。结果 内眦赘皮矫正情况A 组(9.68±0.15)分,B 组(8.72±0.29)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。 瘢痕增生情况A 组(9.32±0.25)分,B 组(8.23±0.33)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。瘢痕隐藏情况A 组(9.84±0.10 分,B 组(7.41±0.31)分,t 检验P <0.05, 组间差异有统计学意义。V 成形内眦赘皮矫正术效果优于一字横切内眦赘皮矫正术 。结论 V 成形内眦赘皮矫正联合重睑术瘢痕隐蔽,创面皮肤张力小,瘢痕增生较轻,赘皮不易回缩,操作简单,易于掌握,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of V-plasty and‘Crosscutting’in the correction of epicanthus.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,126 patients who underwent double blepharoplasty in our hospital were selected.All patients were randomly assigned to either group A or B.The V-plasty was performed in group A(group A,64 cases)and‘Crosscutting’was performed in group B(group B,62 cases).All patients were followed up for 6 months after surgery.Retraction after correction of epicanthus(no retraction of 10 points,slight retraction of 5 points,significant retraction of 1 point)、Scar hyperplasia(no hyperplasia of10 points,mild hyperplasia of 5 points and obvious hyperplasia of 1 point)and Scar concealment(good concealment of 10 points,incomplete concealment of 5 points)were compared between the two groups.Hence,the clinical efficacy of the two surgical methods was compared.Results All patients were followed up from 6 months,epicanthus retraction at postoperative 6 months between the two groups had statistical significance(P>0.05).The scar hyperplasia of group B was higher than that of group A.The differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).The scar concealment of group A was higher than that of group B.The differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).V-plasty in the correction of epicanthus is better than‘Crosscutting’in the correction of epicanthus.Conclusion V-plasty in the correction of epicanthus with double eyelid surgery has concealed scar,small skin tension on the wound surface,relatively light scar hyperplasia,not easy to Retraction after correction of epicanthus,simple operation,easy to grasp,and worthy of clinical promotion.
