超脉冲CO_(2)激光联合水胶体敷料治疗眼周汗管瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察超脉冲CO_(2)激光联合水胶体敷料治疗眼周汗管瘤的疗效。方法复方利多卡因软膏表面麻醉成功后用超脉冲CO_(2)激光非接触式照射病灶,直至病灶基底部无肉眼可见的蜡白色或蜡黄色组织物。术后立即给予伤口敷贴水胶体敷料,每日更换敷料直至伤口愈合。结果29例患者共678个病灶完成随访。2例病例失访。其中603个病灶疗效评价为优(88.9%),56(8.3%)个病灶疗效评价为良,19(2.8%)个病灶疗效评价为差。主要副作用为色素减退(37个病灶)、凹陷性瘢痕(25个)。结论联合超脉冲CO_(2)激光和水胶体敷料的优点治疗眼周汗管瘤,手术操作简单,术后皮肤恢复良好,美容效果佳,是一种值得推荐的治疗方法。Objective To observe the effective of superpulsed CO_(2) laser combined with hydrocolloid dressings in treating periorbital syringoma.Methods All lesions were surface anesthesia withcompound lidocaine before treatment,then vaporization the lesions with superpulsed CO_(2) laser in non-contact irradiation until all tumour tissues disappeared,and then the wounds were covered with Hydrocolloid dressings until there was no any secreta on the wounds.Results 29 cases with 678 lesions were followed up.It showed 603(88.9%),56(8.3%),19(2.8%)in excellent results,moderate results and poor results respectively.The main side effects were hypopigmentation(n=37,),pitting scar(n=25).Conclusions We suggest that it was simple and superior cosmetic results in treating periorbitalsyringoma with superpulsed CO_(2) laser combined with hydrocolloid dressings.
