摘 要:目的探讨分析在口腔护理带教过程中建立口腔专科护士规范化培训示教室的效果。方法选取2019年新入职的护士60名,将新入职护士随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用传统的带教模式,观察组采用口腔专科护士规范化培训示教室带教模式,比较两组带教结果。结果观察组护士人员与患者沟通后,患者的总满意率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的理论成绩、实践操作成绩均高于对照组,两组护士考核成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔科新入职护士带教期间,采用口腔护士专科规范化培训示教室模式,能够提高护士人员的理论知识和专业技能,同时也能提高护士人员与医生的配合质量,与患者建立良好的关系,值得在口腔护理带教中运用。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of establishing standardized training classrooms for oral specialist nurses in the process of oral nursing teaching.Methods A total of 60 newly recruited nurses in 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group used the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group used the standardized training of dental specialist nurses to show the classroom teaching mode,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results After the nurses in the observation group communicated with the patients,the overall satisfaction rate of the patients was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group nurses had higher theoretical and practical performances than the control group.The difference of examination scores of nurses between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the teaching period of newly recruited nurses in the stomatology department,adopting the standardized training classrooms of oral nurses demostration can improve the theoretical knowledge and professional skills of nurses,and at the same time improve the quality of cooperation between nurses and doctors,and establish a good relationship with patients,which is worthy of being used in oral care teaching.
