摘 要:发酵后期发酵罐温度控制系统具有较大的滞后环节,传统的PID控制策略针对大迟滞系统难以获得较好的控制效果。针对带有大滞后环节的黄酒后期发酵温度被控系统,设计出超调量较小、调节时间较短的动态矩阵预测控制器。动态矩阵预测控制器通过在线循环矫正,能实现对发酵罐温度设定值的快速实时跟踪,来满足黄酒后期发酵工艺需求。通过对黄酒后期发酵温度PID控制器的控制结果与动态矩阵预测控制器的控制结果进行对比,验证动态矩阵预测控制器的优越性。The traditional PID control strategy is difficult to obtain better control effects for the large hysteresis system because of the large lag link of the fermentation tank temperature control system in the later stage of fermentation.In this paper,a dynamic matrix predictive controller with smaller overshoot and shorter regulating time was designed based on the temperature controlled system of rice wine post fermentation with large delay.The dynamic matrix predictive controller can realize the fast real-time tracking of the set value of the fermentation tank temperature through online circulation correction,so as to meet the needs of rice wine post fermentation process.The superiority of the dynamic matrix predictive controller was verified by comparing the control results of the PID controller for the temperature of the rice wine post-fermentation with that of the dynamic matrix predictive controller.
