摘　　要：《医賸》为日本著名考据学家丹波元简所撰的一部医学笔记,汇聚了其十余年的读书心得。现从《医賸》的著书背景、命名、刊印、主要内容、考据方法以及学术价值等方面加以论述,以期进一步认识和评价《医賸》的学术价值,并对当今古籍整理有所启发和借鉴。Written by Tamba Yuan Jane, a famous Japanese expert in textual criticism, the book YiSheng gathers his reading experience of over ten years. This paper discusses the background, naming, publication, main contents, textual criticism methods, and academic value of YiSheng, so as to explore and evaluate the academic value of the book, and provide some inspiration and reference for the compilation of ancient books.
