摘  要:在“一带一路”倡议的背景下,国际工程人才成为中国企业“走出去”的关键。在国际市场竞争中,国际工程人才需要有较强的外语沟通能力、良好的多元文化理解力、扎实的专业技术能力及基本的工程管理能力。校企合作培养国际工程人才是解决高校人才输出与企业人才需求之间矛盾的有效途径,其核心在于探索建立国际班课程知识培养体系,把握人才培养的“五关”,以保障国际工程班学员的培养效果。最后辩证地阐述了该体系的实践效果和存在的问题。Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,international engineering talents have become the key to"going out"of Chinese enterprises.In the international market competition,international engineering talents need strong foreign language communication skills,good multicultural understanding ability,solid professional and technical skills,and basic engineering management capabilities.The cooperation of schools and enterprises to train international engineering talents is the solution to the contradiction between the talent output of colleges and universities and the talent demand of enterprises,the core of which is to explore how to construct a good curriculum system for the talents training of international engineering class,and to grasp the five key points to ensure the training effect of international engineering students.Finally,the practical effects and problems of the system are discussed.
