研究生就业指导课程开展现状及改革路径分析

摘　　要：在高校研究生扩招背景下,毕业生人数与就业岗位需求之间的矛盾日益凸显,研究生就业指导教育应发挥重要作用。就业指导课程是高校做好就业指导教育的重要抓手和载体,然而,目前国内高校在研究生就业指导课程的开展中存在诸多问题。基于对74名高校教师和383名研究生的调查,分析当前高校研究生就业指导课程开展现状,发现学校重视程度不高、尚未清晰认识到开设课程的必要性和迫切性、研究生需求多元化以及师资队伍建设有待加强等问题,针对当前现状提出相关的改革路径。With the expansion of postgraduates enrollment scale,the contradiction between the number of postgraduates and the employment demands is becoming increasingly prominent,so the postgraduate career guidance education plays an important role.Career Guidance course is an important channel and carrier for colleges and universities to do a good job in career guidance education.However,there are many problems in the teaching of this course in domestic colleges and universities.Based on the survey of 74 college teachers and 383 postgraduates,this paper analyzes the current situation of this courses in colleges and universities,and points out the following problems:the schools have not clearly recognized the necessity and the urgency of setting up this course;the postgraduates'needs are diversified;the construction of teachers should be strengthened.Finally,this paper proposes a reform path of this course according to the current situation.
