摘 要:在大型客机协同研制背景下,研究因突发事件导致项目中断后,多执行模式项目的进度重排问题。首先,考虑项目活动受影响状态提出项目活动资源使用情况的分类方法;其次,考虑项目的按时完工和追加资源的最小成本,提出未完成项目活动的重排优化模型;最后,提出基于禁忌搜索和隐枚举的混合搜索算法求解该模型。实验表明,通过追加资源的方式可以在一定程度上使中断后的项目工期恢复到项目计划工期。In the context of large-scale passenger aircraft collaborative production,the schedule rearrangement problem of multi-mode project after project interruption due to emergencies was studied.Firstly,considering the affected state of project activities,a classification method for resource usage of project activities was proposed.Secondly,based on the completion time and minimum cost of the additional resources,a rescheduling optimization model of the unfinished project activities was proposed.Finally,a hybrid search algorithm was proposed to solve the model.The experiments show that adding resources can restore the interrupted project cycle to the planned one.
