摘　　要：目的:检测SIRT1、EZH2和SATB1在皮肤恶性黑素瘤(CMM)中的表达情况,初步探讨其在黑素瘤中的作用机制。方法:选取经组织病理确诊的40例皮肤恶性黑素瘤(CMM)患者、10例皮内痣患者及10例健康正常人的组织石蜡标本,运用免疫组化SP法,检测SIRT1、EZH2和SATB1在三种类型皮肤组织中的表达情况。结果:SIRT1、EZH2、SATB1在三种组织中均有表达,且在CMM中的表达均高于皮内痣与正常皮肤组织(P<0.05),但在皮内痣与正常组织中表达比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SIRT1、EZH2、SATB1在CMM中均高表达,且三者表达水平之间均呈正相关。结论:初步提示SIRT1、EZH2、SATB1可能参与CMM的发生及发展,但具体的作用机制有待进一步探索。Objective:To detect the expression of SIRT1,EZH2 and SATB1 in cutaneous malignant melanoma(CMM),and to explore the mechanism of SIRT1,EZH2 and SATB1 in CMM.Methods:The expression of SIRT1,EZH2 and SATB1 in40 cases of pathologically confirmed CMM,10 cases of intradermal nevus and 10 cases of normal tissues were detected with immunohistochemistry.Results:SIRT1,EZH2 and SATB1 were expressed in all three types of tissues,and the expression of SIRT1,EZH2 and SATB1 in CMM was significantly higher than in other tissues(P<0.05),but without significant difference between endothelial nevus and normal tissues(P>0.05).SIRT1,EZH2 and SATB1 were highly expressed in CMM,with a positive correlation between them.Conclusion:Three factors may be involved in the occurrence and development of CMM,but the specific mechanism needs to be further explored.
