智媒时代传媒教育与双创教育多维融合生态体系构建

摘　　要：智媒时代变革传媒人才培养内涵,产业需求传媒人才同时具备社会化、现代化和专业化的三大属性,更要有"人文-专业-技术"三位一体的知识素质,以及"复合型""全流程""跨媒体""兼备型"等综合能力。为实现这一人才培养目标,传媒教育与创新创业教育必须实现多维度的全面融合,构建联系与共生的共同育人生态体系。基于此,本文在分析了传媒教育与创新创业教育融合的辩证统一关系基础上,探析两者实现教育融合的实践路径,以期构建起智媒时代传媒教育与双创教育多维融合生态体系,促进传媒应用型创新人才的培养。At the era of intelligent media,the cultivation of media talents has been changed.The media industry requires workers to be equipped with attributes of socialization,modernization and professionalization at the same time.What’s more,they also need to have the knowledge of both humanity,major and technical skills,as well as comprehensive abilities of interdisciplinary,whole process and cross-media.Therefore,it has been a must for the media education and innovation&enterprise education to be integrated all round,so as to achieve this goal in media talent cultivation.Under such circumstances,the thesis makes analyses on the dialectical relationship between the media education and innovation&enterprise education,and then make further discussions about the practical path of education integration,aiming at achieving the multi-dimensional integration construction of the two educations,and promote the cultivation of media applied creative talents.
