摘　　要：文章基于“肝胆相表里”理论,从中医对非酒精性脂肪肝病归属、辨证分型及病机的认识,“肝胆相表里”的理论基础与临床研究等方面探讨该理论在非酒精性脂肪肝病中的运用概况,表明以疏肝为主加以利胆的治疗原则在非酒精性脂肪肝病的辨证治疗中具有显著疗效,为非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床和科研研究提供了新思路。Based on the theory of“the liver sharing an interior-exterior relationship with gallbladder”,the application of this theory in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease was discussed through literature research.According to relevant clinical literature,the principle of liver-soothing combined with gallbladder tonifying has a good effect on the differentiation of symptoms and signs in the treatment of NAFLD,which proves the practical significance of the application of the theory of“inside and outside the liver and gallbladder”in the treatment of NAFLD.
