摘　　要：从致贫发生机制对贫困进行分门别类的区分与性质界定,是准确理解乡村贫困问题的前提。先天贫困、后天贫困以及因闲致贫、因惰致贫、因赌致贫、因学致贫、因婚致贫等事象的存在,是乡村贫困事实的总体概貌。在造成乡村致贫的诸多因由中,资源闲置与市场缺失更值得关注。在推进乡村社会实现可持续发展的经济模式转型过程中,需要重新思考农村、农民、农业对生态维护与文化传承及其对社会秩序稳定产生的贡献,并强化乡村文化生态治理的社会基础,加大对乡村“帮销式扶贫”与产业植入,优化并提升乡村干部的素质与能力,通过发展共识目标的达成驱动乡村群体找到市场对接端口,并通过乡村既有的优越生态资源条件生产环保、有机农产品以占有市场空间,最终参与市场分享而化解资源闲置问题,推进乡村在新时代乡村振兴战略背景下完成发展模式转型,才能告别贫困。Classifying poverty and defining its nature from the mechanism of poverty is the premise for under⁃standing the rural poverty accurately.The general picture of rural poverty covers inherited poverty,non-inherit⁃ed poverty including poverty caused by leisure,laziness,gambling,schooling and marriage.Among various causes of rural poverty,the idle resources and the market absence deserve more attention.In the process of pro⁃moting rural society to achieve sustainable development of the economic model transformation,it is necessary to rethink about the contribution made by rural areas,farmers,and agriculture to ecological maintenance,cultural inheritance and social order.Besides,the social foundation of rural cultural and ecological governance should be strengthened;more efforts should be made in the strategy of“poverty alleviation by helping farmers sell their products”and industrial implantation in the countryside;rural cadres’quality and ability shall be improved.What’s more,rural groups are stimulated to find market connections through the achievement of development consensus goals,thus producing environmentally friendly as well as organic agricultural products to occupy mar⁃ket space through the existing superior ecological resource conditions in the village,ultimately market sharing participating can be realized and all idle resources can be solved.Overall,Poverty can be alleviated by promot⁃ing the transformation of the rural development model under the background of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era.
