摘　　要：目的研究在线考试系统在住院医师规范化培训过程考核中的应用价值。方法选取2013—2020年结业的大连大学附属中山医院住院医师作为研究对象,通过对比分析考试系统使用前后结业考核通过率的变化,研究在线考试系统的应用成效。结果 2013—2020年结业考核通过率呈现上升趋势;引进在线考试系统后比引进之前总体结业考核通过率显著提升(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;问卷调查结果显示住院医师对在线考试形式接受程度及使用频率高,普遍认为强化过程考核对通过率提升有帮助。结论在线考试系统有助于规范过程考核管理,显著提高考核效率和结业考核通过率。ObjectiveTo study the applicability of the online examination system in the process assessment of residency training.MethodsThe residency training students of the Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University who had completed their training between 2013 and 2020 were selected as the subjects. By comparing the pass rates of graduation assessment before and after employment of the online examination system, the effectiveness of this system was studied.ResultsFrom 2013 to 2020, the pass rate of graduation examination trended up. After the online examination system was put in place, the pass rate of graduation examination rose significantly(P<0. 01), and the difference was statistically significant. The results of a questionnaire survey showed that the residents welcomed the online examination system and used it frequently. It was generally believed that the intensive process examination could help improve the pass rate.ConclusionsThe online examination system can help standardize the process assessment, significantly improve the examination efficiency and the pass rate of trainees.
