造纸业上市企业经营效率及影响因素实证分析——基于DEA-Tobit两步法的实证分析

摘　　要：研究采用DEA-Tobit两步法,基于2011-2016年29家造纸上市企业的面板数据,分析了影响造纸业上市企业经营效率的因素,研究表明:产权属性和企业规模对综合效率和技术效率有显著正向影响;市场化总指数对综合效率和规模效率有显著正向影响;广告密度和财务杠杆对综合效率和技术效率有显著负向影响;企业规模对规模效率有显著负向影响。The paper used DEA Tobit two-step method to analyze the factors influencing the listed enterprises in the paper industry based on the panel data of 29 listed paper-making enterprises from 2011 to 2016.The results showed that the property right attribute and enterprise size had a significant positive impact on the comprehensive efficiency and technical efficiency,the total market index had a significant positive impact on the comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency,and the advertising density and financial leverage had a significant impact on the comprehensive efficiency,and technical efficiency had a significant negative impact,and the enterprise size had a significant negative impact on scale efficiency.
