摘 要:目的探讨CT在肾上腺无功能腺瘤以及神经节细胞瘤方面的鉴别诊断价值。方法方便收集2019年1—12月在该院接受治疗的30例肾上腺无功能腺瘤患者(无功能组)及25例肾上腺神经节细胞瘤患者(神经节组)的CT资料进行回顾性分析。所有患者均通过临床病理予以确诊,所有患者均通过CT平扫以及动脉期扫描、静脉期扫描和延迟期扫描,对两组的CT检测结果进行对比。结果神经节组的平扫CT值、最大径、增强三期CT值分别为(23.12±2.27)HU、(5.58±0.54)cm、(34.16±3.38)HU、(29.86±2.97)HU、(42.01±4.16)HU,无功能组的平扫CT值、最大径、增强三期CT值分别为(12.07±1.24)HU、(2.37±0.22)cm、(51.97±5.18)HU、(37.19±3.67)HU、(30.98±3.08)HU,神经节组的平扫CT值、最大径以及延迟期CT值与无功能组相比均较大,且神经节组的静脉期、动脉期CT值与无功能组相比均较小,两组差异有统计学意义(t=6.924、5.084、6.814、6.381、6.483,P<0.05)。结论CT能够对肾上腺无功能腺瘤以及肾上腺神经节细胞瘤进行有效、准确的鉴别诊断,值得推广。Objective To investigate the value of CT in the differential diagnosis of non-functioning adrenal adenoma and gangliocytoma.Methods The CT data of 30 patients with adrenal nonfunctional adenoma(nonfunctional group)and 25 patients with adrenal gangliocytoma(ganglion group)who were treated in the hospital from January to December 2019 were conveniently collected retrospectively analysis.All patients were diagnosed through clinicopathology,and all patients received plain CT scan,arterial phase scan,venous phase scan,and delayed phase scan.The CT test results of the two groups were compared.Results The three-phase CT values of plain scan,maximum diameter,and enhancement of the ganglion group were(23.12±2.27)HU,(5.58±0.54)cm,(34.16±3.38)HU,(29.86±2.97)HU,and(42.01±4.16)HU.The CT values of plain scan,maximum diameter,and enhanced CT values of the non-function group were(12.07±1.24)HU,(2.37±0.22)cm,(51.97±5.18)HU,(37.19±3.67)HU,(30.98±3.08)HU,the CT values of plain scan,maximum diameter,and delay phase of the ganglion group are larger than those of the non-functioning group,and the CT values of the venous and arterial phases of the ganglion group were higher than those of the non-functioning group.The comparison between the two groups was small,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=6.924,5.084,6.814,6.381,6.483,P<0.05).Conclusion CT can effectively and accurately differentially diagnose non-functioning adrenal adenoma and adrenal gangliocytoma,which is worthy of promotion.
