摘 要:为保证电力市场各参与主体在盈利不受损的前提下实现售电公司利润最大化,研究售电公司购售电策略很有必要。分析电力市场交易行为建立售电公司、发电公司、电网公司和工业电力用户的利润函数。使用罚函数法引入Pareto改进约束,然后利用量子粒子群算法计算得到售电公司最优购售电模型,并将该模型与未引入Pareto改进约束下的模型进行对比。结果表明不考虑Pareto改进约束会对其他市场主体造成损失,导致市场总利润降低。售电公司各时段售电量高于电力用户最大所需电量导致电力用户购电成本增加,是电力用户日利润减少的主要原因;采用考虑Pareto改进约束的购售电模型可以避免售电公司盲目追求利润最大化而损害其他主体利益,有助于促进电力资源合理配置,避免系统长期在约束边界运行,降低系统故障的风险。In order to maximize the profits of power sales companies under the premise of ensuring the profits of all participating entities in the power market,it is necessary to study the purchase-sale strategies of power sales companies.This article analyzed market power transactions to establish the profit function of power sales companies,power generation companies,power grid companies,and industrial users.In this paper,the penalty function method was used to introduce the Pareto improvement constraint,and then the QPSO algorithm was used to calculate the optimal purchase-sale model of the retail electricity company,and the model was compared with the model without the Pareto improvement constraint.The results of the study showed that the loss of other market entities without consideration of the Pareto constraint will reduce the total market profit,and the electricity sold by the electricity sales company in each period was higher than the electricity required for the maximum production capacity of the electricity user,resulting in an increase in the purchase cost of the electricity user,which is main reason for the decrease in profits.Adopting the purchase-sale model that considers Pareto’s improved constraints can avoid the blind pursuit of profit maximization by retail companies and damage the interests of other entities,help promote the rational allocation of power resources,avoid the system from operating at the constraint boundary for a long time,and reduce the risk of system failure.
