摘 要:负荷聚合商作为系统和负荷之间的新兴中介,可以对分散负荷进行管理,参与到系统协调优化中.本文针对微网系统难以调度分散的中小型负荷资源问题,引入负荷聚合商对居民负荷进行整合,建立微网双层优化模型.模型上层以微网系统经济运行成本最低为优化目标;下层采用两阶段优化方法,在负荷特性分类的基础上,负荷聚合商通过与用户签订负荷削减合同的方式对负荷进行削减.模型上层采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法联合熵权双基点法求解,下层采用YALMIP建模语言调用CPLEX工具包对模型求解.算例分析结果表明,在负荷聚合商参与下的微网优化调度能够有效降低微网运行成本,同时将最大日负荷峰谷差降低了23.7%,实现了整体利益最优.Load aggregators can participate in a system coordinated optimization as a novel intermediary between power system and loads by managing the decentralized loads.Therefore,the load aggregator is introduced to integrate the residential load and the double level optimization model of microgrid is established in this paper in order to solve the problem of small and medium-sized load resource which is more difficult to be dispatched in the microgrid.The optimization objective of the upper layer in the model is to minimize the cost of the economic operation in the microgrid system.Meanwhile,the two-stage optimization method is adopted in the lower layer.Based on the classification of load characteristics,the load aggregator reduces the load by signing a contract of shedding loads with the user.Then,the upper layer of the model is solved by the algorithm NSGA-Ⅱ combined with the method of entropy weight double base point.At the same time,in the lower layer,the proposed model is solved by YALMIP modeling language where CPLEX toolkit is called.The simulations show that the optimal scheduling with the participation of load aggregator can cut down the operation cost effectively for the microgrid.Meanwhile,the difference of the peak valley for the maximum daily load power is reduced by 23.7%and the best overall benefit is achieved.
