摘　　要：“双培计划”是北京市推出的由市属、在京中央高校共同培养优秀人才的重要举措。该计划的实施在全面提高学生专业水平、综合素质、实践能力的同时,也暴露出不少问题。该文以北京农学院食品科学与工程学院为例,探究双培生培养过程中存在的问题及解决对策。The“Co-cultivation Program”is an important measure launched by Beijing Municipal Education Commission to jointly cultivate outstanding students by municipal and central colleges and universities in Beijing.The program has not only improved students’professional level,comprehensive quality and practical ability,but also exposed some problems.Taking the School of Food Science and Engineering of Beijing University of Agriculture as an example,this paper explores the problems in the process of student cultivation,and advances countermeasures.
