摘　　要：名校集团化办学是当前重庆市巴南区推进义务教育优质、均衡发展的有效举措,但是名校集团化办学面临着管理上的三大难题,需要建构名校集团化办学模式,从结构、培元、特色等方面引领新校区的高位发展。Running schools by means of collectivization is an effective way to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in Ba’nan District,Chongqing City.However,the collectivization of famous schools faces three difficult problems in management.It is necessary to construct the collectivization mode of famous schools which could lead the high-level development of new campuses from the aspects of structure,consolidating basis and characteristics.
