益气扶正化瘀解毒汤联合腹腔镜根治术治疗结肠癌的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究益气扶正化瘀解毒汤联合腹腔镜根治术治疗结肠癌的临床效果。方法将2010年1月至2014年12月收治的200例结肠癌患者作为对照组,2015年1月至2019年12月收治的200例结肠癌患者作为观察组。对照组实施开腹手术治疗,观察组实施益气扶正化瘀解毒汤联合腹腔镜根治术治疗。比较两组患者术后手术情况、胃肠功能、并发症发生情况及术后临床指标。结果观察组患者术中出血量明显少于对照组,切口长度、手术时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、术后引流时间、住院时间均短于对照组,下床活动时间长于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论采用益气扶正化瘀解毒汤联合腹腔镜根治术治疗结肠癌临床效果显著,可有效促进胃肠道功能快速恢复,优化手术各项指标及术后指标,促进治疗效果的提升,且对预防并发症效果显著,值得推广和使用。Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu decoction combined with laparoscopic radical operation in patients with colon cancer.Method A retrospective study was conducted on 200 colon cancer patients from January 2010 to December 2014 as a control group,and another 200 colon cancer patients from January 2015 to December 2019 as an observation group.The control group was treated with laparotomy,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu decoction combined with laparoscopic radical operation.The gastrointestinal function,operation condition,complication rate and postoperative clinical index were compared between the two groups.Result Compared with the control group,the recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were shorter,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood loss,incision length and operation time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P<0.05).The time of drainage and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the time of getting out of bed was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiqi Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu decoction with laparoscopic radical operation is effective in the treatment of colon cancer,which can effectively promote the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function and optimize the operation indexes and postoperative indexes,promote the improvement of therapeutic effect.It has a significant effect on the prevention of complications,and is worthy for promotion and the use.
