摘  要:受制于生产过程中头尾尺寸不合、表面质量缺陷、成材率低等轧制难点,国内极限大规格H型钢一直未能实现批量化生产。本文根据BD轧延工艺思想,从原料管控入手,通过提高铸坯质量、优化粗轧后腹板厚度参数、合理分配精轧压下量等手段来解决表面质量和尺寸精度问题,最终实现了H1000×300规格H型钢的连续稳定生产,填补了极限大规格H型钢的批量生产的国内空白。其一检合格率及成材率分别达到85%及90%以上,综合效益超过其它大规格水平,同时在消除头尾尺寸超标及保障稳定轧制等方面积累了经验。Due to oversize of head or tail,surface quality defects and low yield,domestic H-beam production lines have not realized the mass production of extreme size H-beam all the time. Based on the idea of BD rolling process and starting from incoming material control,this paper solve the problem of surface quality and dimensional precision by the means of improving slab quality,optimization of web thickness parameters after rough rolling and reasonable reduction distribution in finish rolling. It has realized continuous and stable production of H1000 × 300 H section steel,and It fills in the blank of the mass production of limited extreme size H-beam in China. Its pass rate of inspection and yield of finished products reached 85% and 90% respectively,and its comprehensive benefit exceeded other large specifications. Meanwhile,it accumulated experience in eliminating the oversize of head and tail and ensuring stable rolling.
