摘　　要：阴火理论源于李东垣,但对于阴火的认识,至今尚未有定论。关于阴火学说的起源,有阴虚内热说和壮火散气说两种。关于阴火学说的内涵,有阴火即心火说、阴火即肾火说、阴火即脾胃火说、阴火即脉中伏火说、阴火即三焦火说、阴火即相火说几种观点。心火,有心阴虚火旺、离位之心火、代君之火之分;肾火,有肾阴虚火旺、肾中真阳外越、肾气郁火之分;脾胃之火,有脾胃郁火、血虚之火、脾胃虚火之分;脉中伏火,有心火煎熬血脉、气郁血脉、火邪下陷血脉、卫气下陷血脉之分;三焦火,有三焦气郁化火、三焦流行之火之分;相火,有妄行相火、离位相火、病理相火之分。The Yin Fire theory originated from Li Dongyuan,but the cognition of it has not yet been concluded.Regarding its origin,two types theory exist:fever due to Yin deficiency theory and the superheat consuming Qi theory.Regarding the connotation of the Yin Fire,there are the theory that it could be the Heart Fire,the Kidney Fire,the Spleen and Stomach Fire,the Fire hiding the vein,the Sanjiao Fire,or the ministerial Fire.The Heart fire is divided into the Fire of Heart Yin deficiency,the Liwei Heart Fire,and the Daijun Fire;The Kidney Fire is divided into Fire of Kidney Yin deficiency,Fire of Kidney Yang,and Fire of Kidney Qi stagnation;The Spleen and Stomach Fire can be divided into Fire of Spleen and Stomach depression,Fire of Blood deficiency and the Spleen and Stomach Fire deficiency;The Fire hiding in the vein is divided into blood tormented by excessive Heart Fire,blood of Qi stagnation,blood of sinking Fire evil,and blood of sinking defensive Qi;Sanjiao Fire is divided into Sanjiao Qi depression transforming into Fire and Sanjiao Liuxing Fire;Ministerial Fire is divided into hyperactivity ministerial Fire,Liwei ministerial Fire,and pathological ministerial Fire.
