摘　　要：开放出版与预印本是科技期刊以改革期刊著作权运营模式为核心特征的2种新型出版模式。在界定"OA""金色OA""绿色OA""完全OA""混合OA""回溯金色OA"等概念的基础上,厘清金色OA与绿色OA的著作权机制,认为需要关注不同版本论文的共享问题、绿色OA的著作权处置权限和CC协议的适用问题等。同时,在厘清预印本著作权机制的前提下,认为期刊可以出版预印本、可以以订阅模式出版预印本;投稿时明确告知稿件为预印本的,不属于学术不端行为所指的一稿多投和重复发表。Open publishing and preprints are two new publishing modes for scientific journals,with the core feature of reforming the copyright operation mode of journals. On the basis of defining the concepts of "OA""Gold OA""Green OA""Full OA""Hybrid OA" "Retrospective Gold OA ", and clarifying the copyright mechanism of Gold OA and Green OA,we suggest to pay attention to issues such as sharing different versions of article,disposing the copyright of green OA, and applying the Creative Commons.Meanwhile,on the basis of clarifying the copyright mechanism of preprints,we think that journals can publish preprints,and can publish preprints in a subscription mode. If the author clearly informs the journal that the manuscript is a preprint,it does not belong to multiple submissions or repeated publications.
