摘　　要：本研究旨在探究农村老年妇女的社会支持对其生活满意度的影响、孤独感的中介作用以及躯体健康在这一中介过程中的调节作用。在山东省选取农村老年妇女256人,采用自编一般情况调查表(其中躯体健康分为健康和有显著病症)、肖水源社会支持评定量表、生活满意度量表和孤独感量表进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)社会支持对生活满意度具有显著的正向预测作用;(2)孤独感在社会支持对生活满意度的影响中发挥部分中介作用,中介作用占总效应的40%;(3)躯体健康调节孤独感与生活满意度这一路径,在健康状况下,孤独感对生活满意度起到显著的负向预测作用(β=-0.69,p<0.001);在有显著病症状况下,孤独感对生活满意度的预测作用不显著(β=0.01,p>0.05)。这说明社会支持通过孤独感的中介作用和躯体健康的调节作用对生活满意度产生影响。This study aimed to explore the influence of rural elderly women’s social support on their life satisfaction,the mediating role of loneliness,and the mediating role of physical health in this mediating process.256 rural elderly women in Shandong Province were selected,using a self-compiled general survey(where physical health was divided into healthy and significant symptoms),Xiao Shuiyuan Social Support Rating Scale,Life Satisfaction Scale,and Loneliness.The questionnaires were conducted on a one-on-one questionnaire.It was found that:(1)Social support had a significant positive predictive effect on life satisfaction;(2)Loneliness played a part in mediating the impact of social support on life satisfaction,with mediation accounting for 40% of the total effect.(3)Physical health regulated the path of loneliness and life satisfaction.Under health conditions,loneliness had a significant negative predictive effect on life satisfaction(β=-0.69,p<0.001);Under significant conditions,loneliness did not have a significant predictive effect on life satisfaction(β=0.01,p>0.05).This showed that social support had an effect on life satisfaction through the mediating role of loneliness and the regulating role of physical health.
