摘 要:目的:探讨影响口腔癌发生的危险因素,并对其进行分析。方法:纳入收治的口腔癌患者130例作为口腔癌组,同期入院的非口腔疾病患者160例作为对照组。对两组的基础资料和饮食习惯进行调查,分析影响口腔癌发生的单因素,使用二元Logistic回归分析影响口腔癌发生的危险因素。结果:口腔癌组吸烟、口腔疾病史、不良修复体的发生率明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。口腔癌组常食蔬菜水果、海鲜的发生率明显低于对照组(均P<0.05),常食烫热食物、经常饮酒的发生率明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。吸烟、口腔疾病史、不良修复体、常食烫热食物、经常饮酒为口腔癌发生的独立危险因素(均P<0.05),常食蔬菜水果、常食海鲜为口腔癌发生的保护性因素(均P<0.05)。结论:口腔癌的发生与经常饮酒、吸烟、不良修复体、常食烫热食物、口腔疾病史等因素密切相关,临床中患者应减少烟草、酒精等的摄入,注意饮食均衡搭配和口腔卫生,增加蔬菜水果和海鲜产品的食用,并及时对口腔疾病进行临床干预,以降低口腔癌的发生风险。Objective:To investigate and analyze the risk factors of oral cancer.Methods:130 patients with oral cancer were included as the oral cancer group,and 160 patients with non-oral diseases at the same time were selected as the control group.The basic data and eating habits of the two groups were investigated,and the single factors affecting the occurrence of oral cancer were analyzed,and the risk factors affecting the occurrence of oral cancer were analyzed by binary logistic regression.Results:The incidence of smoking,oral disease history,and bad restorations in the oral cancer group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of regular eating of vegetables,fruits and seafood in oral cancer group was significantly lower than that of control group(all P<0.05).The rate of eating vegetables,fruits and seafood in oral cancer group was significantly lower than that in control group(all P<0.05),and the incidence of eating hot food and drinking alcohol in oral cancer group was significantly higher than that in control group(all P<0.05).Smoking,oral disease history,bad prosthesis,eating hot food and drinking alcohol were the independent risk factors of oral cancer(all P<0.05).Eating fruits and vegetables and seafood were the protective factors of oral cancer(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence of oral cancer is closely related to frequent drinking,smoking,bad prosthesis,eating hot food,oral disease history.In clinical practice,patients should reduce the intake of tobacco and alcohol,pay attention to balanced diet and oral health,increase the consumption of vegetables,fruits and seafood,and timely carry out clinical intervention on oral diseases,so as to reduce the incidence of oral cancer.
