新、熟手教师汉语课堂话语互动模式分析——以中国学(CSI)项目为例

摘　　要：采用FIAS互动分析系统的定量分析方法,结合会话分析的质性方法,对新、熟手教师汉语强化项目的课堂话语互动模式及效果进行了多方面考察。研究发现,新、熟手教师的课堂存在四种话语互动模式。在话语互动模式方面,新、熟手教师的课堂呈现出一致性,但新手教师倾向采用间接的互动策略,而熟手教师倾向采用直接互动策略。在这一基础上,对汉语国际教师培养提出了相应建议。This article uses Flanders Interactive Analysis System and Conversation Analysis to investigate the interactive mode and effect of Chinese classroom discourse of CSI.The results show that:there are four discourse interaction modes in the classroom of new and experienced teachers;in the aspect of discourse interaction mode,the classroom of new and experienced teachers shows consistency,but novice teachers tend to adopt indirect interactive strategies,while proficient teachers tend to adopt direct interactive strategies.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the international education of Chinese.
