摘 要:系统生物学方法是一个由上而下的系统整合过程,符合中医学理论的整体观念,适用于中医证候的本质研究。因此,随着系统生物学方法的不断发展,运用该技术探讨慢性胃炎病证的物质基础和作用机制越来越受到研究者的关注。近年来,广大研究者们运用基因组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学和微生物组学等系统生物学方法开展了慢性胃炎中医病证发生机制、病证诊断标志物、微生物与宿主相互作用等研究。文章分别从慢性胃炎的疾病和证候研究两方面,对近20余年的国内外研究现状进行概述,指出了目前研究的不足,并提出了今后运用系统生物学方法开展慢性胃炎病证研究的方向和策略。Systems biology approach is a top-down systematic integration,which accords with holistic concept of TCM theory and suits the research on the essence of TCM syndromes.Therefore,as the approach develops continuously,increased attention has been drawn to its application on the material foundation and mechanism of chronic gastritis and its syndromes.In recent years,researchers applied genomics,proteomics,metabolomics,and microbiome to study the generative mechanism of the syndromes of chronic gastritis,biomarkers of syndrome diagnosis,the interaction between microbe and host,etc.Domestic and foreign studies in recent 20 years were summarized from the perspective of disease and syndrome respectively.The shortcomings of the present studies were pointed out,and the direction and strategies of relevant researches were suggested henceforth.
