摘　　要：报道1例以反复上腹部疼痛为主要表现而多次被误诊的成人女性患者,后完善检查示阑尾-盲肠型肠套叠及阑尾囊性病变而行外科手术治疗,术后病理证实为罕见的阑尾黏液性囊腺瘤。Reported a case of an adult female patient who was misdiagnosed many times with recurrent upper abdominal pain as the main symptom.After examination,she was diagnosed with appendix-cecal intussusception and appendix cystic lesions and received surgical treatment.Postoperative pathology confirmed a rare appendicular mucinous cystadenoma.
